Vi-Core receives USDA BioPreferred® Certification on four products.
Vi-Core LLC has earned the USDA Certified Biobased Product Label for its Carbon-Aid, ThatchBack, GroundBreaker, and GreenTree. The USDA Certified Biobased Product Label verifies that the products amount of renewable biobased ingredients meets or exceeds prescribed USDA standards. Biobased products are goods composed in whole or in significant part of agricultural, forestry, or marine materials.
“Our products are cutting edge; we are accomplishing things that previously were simply not possible. History is replete with examples of leading edge companies having an uphill battle in introducing products that although bring spectacular results are different than the common norm. By taking the steps to become certified by the USDA for our biobased products we feel we can help better inform those who are looking for the best fertilizers available today – what we call actomizers,” said Bobby Albertson, Vi-Core CEO.
All biobased amount claims are verified by independent labs and monitored by the USDA. Consumers may feel secure in the accuracy of the biobased amount and be empowered in making better informed purchasing decisions.
"We are pleased that Vi-Core LLC has earned the USDA Certified Biobased Product Label," said Ron Buckhalt, USDA BioPreferred Program Manager. "Biobased products provide opportunities to help add value to renewable commodities, create jobs in rural communities and generate investment income."
